Thực hiện Kế hoạch số 598/KH-TYT của Trạm Y tế phường Ô Chợ Dừa về tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ miễn phí cho trẻ em, học sinh trên địa bàn phường năm 2026, Trường THPT Hoàng Cầu phối hợp với cơ quan y tế triển khai chương trình khám sức khỏe đầu năm học 2026–2027 cho học sinh toàn trường.
Trong chương trình, các em học sinh được kiểm tra sức khoẻ toàn diện. Bên cạnh đó, đội ngũ y tế còn khai thác tiền sử sức khỏe của bản thân và gia đình, tư vấn cách chăm sóc sức khỏe phù hợp với lứa tuổi học đường. Những trường hợp phát hiện dấu hiệu bất thường hoặc yếu tố nguy cơ sẽ được thông báo, tư vấn và hướng dẫn thăm khám chuyên sâu khi cần thiết.
Để hoạt động diễn ra khoa học, thuận lợi và không ảnh hưởng đến việc học tập, Nhà trường đã chủ động rà soát danh sách, chuẩn bị địa điểm, phối hợp chặt chẽ với đơn vị y tế và điều phối học sinh tham gia theo từng lớp, từng khung giờ. Kết quả khám sức khỏe sẽ được cập nhật theo quy định, góp phần xây dựng hồ sơ sức khỏe điện tử và theo dõi sức khỏe học sinh một cách liên tục, lâu dài.
Khám sức khỏe đầu năm không chỉ giúp phát hiện sớm những vấn đề về thể chất mà còn là dịp để mỗi học sinh hình thành ý thức chủ động chăm sóc bản thân, duy trì chế độ dinh dưỡng hợp lý, tăng cường vận động, giữ gìn sức khỏe tinh thần và xây dựng lối sống lành mạnh.
Với phương châm “Mỗi ngày đến trường là một ngày vui, mỗi học sinh đều được yêu thương và chăm sóc”, Trường THPT Hoàng Cầu luôn xác định sức khỏe, sự an toàn và hạnh phúc của học sinh là nền tảng quan trọng để các em học tập tốt, phát triển toàn diện và tự tin chinh phục những mục tiêu trong năm học mới.

In implementing Plan No. 598/KH-TYT, issued by the O Cho Dua Ward Health Station regarding the provision of free periodic health check-ups for children and students across the ward in 2026, and in collaboration with health authorities, Hoang Cau High School has conducted 2026-2027 Back-to-school health check-ups for all students.
During the health check-ups, the students underwent comprehensive health examinations. In addition, the medical staff also gathered information on personal and family medical histories and offered age-appropriate health care advice for students. If any abnormalities or risk factors are found, students and their families will be notified, provided with appropriate advice, and guided to seek further specialized medical care when necessary.
To ensure the program was carried out smoothly and efficiently without disrupting students' learning, the school has proactively reviewed the student list, prepared the necessary facilities, coordinated closely with the medical unit, and arranged students to participate by class and time slot. The health check-up results will be updated in accordance with regulations, contributing to the development of electronic health records and enabling continuous, long-term monitoring of students' health.
The Back-to-school health check-ups are not only an important opportunity to detect potential physical health issues at an early stage, but also encourage students to raise an awareness of proactively taking care of themselves, maintaining a proper diet, increasing physical activity, taking care of their mental health, and building a healthy lifestyle.
With the motto, “Every day at school is a happy day, every student is loved and cared for," Hoàng Cầu High School always considers students' health, safety, and happiness to be important foundations for students to study well, develop comprehensively, and confidently pursue their goals in the new school year.
